Returns & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sepio Health Pvt Ltd.

We aim to provide high-quality, scientifically validated safety products for farmers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our return, replacement, and refund rules carefully before making a request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Our products—including Kisan Kavach® Protective Suits—are designed for personal safety and health protection.

For hygiene and contamination control, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Product

You may request a replacement if the product:

  • Arrives physically damaged

  • Has manufacturing defects

  • Is different from what you ordered

Returns Not Accepted If

  • The product has been used, washed, or worn

  • The product shows signs of chemical exposure

  • Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing

  • Damage occurred due to improper use

  • 7 days have passed since delivery

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.


2. Replacement Policy

If your item is eligible, we will offer a free replacement of the same product.

To request a replacement:

Email us at info@sepiohealth.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Your name & contact number

  • Photo/Video proof of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will verify the issue and arrange the replacement accordingly.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when a replacement is not possible, such as:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Product cannot be delivered to your location

  • Received product is wrongly shipped and no correct variant is available

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing timeline:

  • 2–3 business days for approval

  • 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank/wallet (depending on payment gateway)


4. Return Shipping

If the product is found defective or wrong, the return shipping cost will be covered by Sepio Health.

If the return request is invalid or rejected after inspection, you may be asked to bear the return shipping cost.


5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, you may request a replacement only under eligible circumstances.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong phone number

  • No response at delivery location

You may be charged for re-shipping.

8. Important Notes

  • Do not send items back without prior approval.

  • Products returned without authorization will not be processed.

  • For safety reasons, used protective suits cannot be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline returns based on our inspection.
